Biography:
Born of western Kansas roots, and raised in the Northeast, he "got to Texas" as quick as he could, and became a full-time real estate investor on December 15, 2003 after 16 years working in a J-O-B in electrical engineering, sales, and marketing.
As a real estate investor, Phill has participated in over 1000 real estate transactions and owns around $10M in real estate property with his wife and Partner Shenoah.
He has taught many thousands of entrepreneurs how to become real estate investors and powered by the success of his students.
